As part of our mail system upgrade, your ActWin mailbox has been moved to a new SchindlerTech server. This may require that you update the settings for your mail reading and sending applications.

Existing folders and mail in your old account mailbox have been migrated to the new server and forwarding settings have been preserved. An email with your new account password was sent to your mailbox prior to migration. Contact postmaster@schindlertech.com if you are unable to access your account and we will assist you.


NEW SERVER SETTINGS

Welcome to your new email account! This document provides the information you need to connect and manage your email.

With the new system, you will always use your full email address (including the domain name) as your username. Please always keep your password a secret.

Web Mail (Zimbra) interface

The Zimbra web mail interface allows you to manage your password, filtering, forwarding, calendars, vacation messages and more. If you click on the triangle next to your name in the upper right corner, the menu provides links to change your password, and also to extensive documentation.

NOTE: "SMTP server port" above is often under "advanced settings". The default value of port 25 will work, however some ISPs (such as RCN) block port 25 in an attempt to reduce spam.
